Payments in Canadian dollars can be made over the phone via credit card or if you prefer you may send us a money order to the address below.

At this time we accept Visa and MasterCard via the online shopping cart, plus PayPal.
Over the phone we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Via mail we accept money orders only.
Please do not send personal checks or cash through the mail.

Our payment terms are payment in full at time of ordering unless we make special arrangements, such as staged payments for staged deliveries for a contract purchase.

1. Chocolates fail to meet delivery deadline:

   In the event of circumstances outside our control, such as unexpected adverse weather conditions or unexpected delays at customs being the cause of the delay, we cannot be held responsible.

   We make every effort to meet your timeframe and will let you know if we foresee any difficulties with shipping or product availability.  If we do ‘drop the ball’ in any way we will provide you with a full refund and a store credit on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation of Event

   We realize that events can be cancelled for a variety of reasons and we will offer full or partial refunds depending on the stage of production we are at
   i.e. Design stage, Print Stage, Chocolate Wrapped stage.

   If chocolate has been shipped then no refunds can be given for event cancellation.

3. Wedding Cancellation

   We make a special exception in the case of wedding cancellations, which are traumatic enough for the individuals involved and may offer a full refund under genuine circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

4. Chocolate arrives melted

   Under normal circumstances we offer a full refund if the chocolates arrive melted.

   This policy relies heavily on customer honesty so we appreciate only genuine requests for this reason. If we find this policy is being abused then it will be withdrawn i.e chocolates received in good condition but stored in a warm room before the event.

   Under certain conditions we will advise clients that there is a melting risk and we cannot absolutely guarantee the condition of our chocolate on arrival.

   In these situations the client agrees that the chocolates will be shipped at their risk and no refund will be given should they arrive melted.

   For our part we will pack the chocolates with ice-packs and anti-heat insulation and arrange priority shipping.

   However planning ahead is the best option ~ i.e. if you are planning an event in August in Arizona and expect the temperature to be around 100 degrees plus, then please order the chocolates in the Spring and we will ship them in the cooler months.

5. Design Errors

   We use email proofing to show you the exact design which will be printed for the chocolate wrappers.  Please take a few moments and check all spelling is correct etc.

   Once you have signed off and approved a design then we go to print and errors discovered after that time are not our responsibility.

   Some words are spelled differently in the USA to Canada so please advise us if you have a preference.

The information you provide - including credit card information - is secured using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites. While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information.
